Supported the end-to-end delivery of UKES (UK Energy Storage) 2018 through the School of Engineering.
Event administration held to an academic corporate standard, including speaker and sponsorship management, risk assessments, marketing, creation and adhering to branding, collateral and agenda creation, procurement, catering and associated administration.
The venue , Urban Sciences Building, opened exactly one week beforehand and was only open to the conference attendees at time but was such a high-tech urban space that it was a success. I even secured the Millenium Bridge to be drawn during our drinks reception in our conference colours.
